Dress is a size 10. It is the original length. The only alterations made were letting out the bust 1 inch. No material was cut from the original dress. The dress can be worn strapless. I am heavy chested so I wore it with straps. It is bustled ball room style. There are three layers. The bottom layer bustles under with 11 buttons. The two outer lace layers have on button each. I can ship bustled so that buyer can see how it is done.

Bust: 39 inches

waist: 31 inches

hips: 40 inches
